Ain't it something?

Piper, meet Everybody.

Everybody, meet Piper.

Charlotte is his favourite person so far.

Taking a sniff and a nibble of every thing in my yard proved to be an exhausting feat.

You'll be seeing a lot of him, I expect.

I'll be back tomorrow...right now the old cross-trainers are calling me and I need to go get my heartrate up for a bit.

Wow. You were right about the breed's gentleness. His is evident in every photo!

Good for you for exercising. I need to do that more . . . ;o)

The name was my idea, yes. I figured it was a propos for a Shetland Sheepdog.

My first choice was Starmore (naturally), but Mr HSBoots vetoed that along with Lewis and Angus.

Piper is adorable! Oh, his fur seems so soft and touchable. Congratulations on being new puppy owners. I wish for you and your family many many years of friendship, companionship, and love and loyalty with Piper.

He is adorable! His face reminds me of our Gypsy who was a sheltie/terrier cross.

I got all soft inside when I saw these pictures. We miss our dogs terribly and even the sight of one raises our spirits. I hope that Piper shares a wonderful life with you all and quickly becomes part of the family. You will find that, unlike children, he will always look upon you with love and awe - enjoy.

I'm coveting your puppy...right...now. OK, now I'll go confess. I think the priest will understand if I show him pictures.
