Ms. Potato Head

This "massive snowfall as November turns to December" is becoming quite a tradition.
But the bear tracks in the driveway were new.
The most convenient snack EVER.

That was Ox above. I wanted to say:

"I NEVER eat December snowflakes. I always wait 'til January."

Shouldn't that bear be hibernating by now?

Yeah, the bear thing. I heard it outside two mornings in a row, and the neighbours saw it in our driveway. I don't know whether bears hibernate here (especially the 'garbage bears') - since they do it to escape extreme weather and we don't really have that.

What kind of bear in your area???

Real bear tracks? Wow!

It was a black bear, a young one. I would have preferred an older, larger one because the younger ones are more apt to be aggressive. We do live in a city, but it's surrounded by wilderness so Dude was probably just passing through. We have woods behind our house but there is not enough to provide a sufficient range for him. Hopefully he has moved on by now.

Yikes! Can you handle a gun?

ooo, we got that snow going on here too. we only have grumpy mama bears here that are tired of hanging up snow pants and wiping up puddles and saying no, one hot-chocolate a day and save some marshmellows for your sisters!!!
