I find this funny in a spooky, unsettling way. I think the embryonic human embedded in a tomato might be scare tactics...don't really want to ask what the connection might be between those two. Anybody know?
I think it's probably because tomatoes were one of the first crops to be genetically modified on a commercial scale. At that time there was uproar about inserting animal genes into food plants (I seem to remember jellyfish genes being put into a grain crop).

Yeah, scare tactics. Although they have used a gene from fish in tomatoes apparently.... They are talking about using tomatoes as a vaccine carrier.
