It's February...still winter, technically, but on Vancouver Island it's early spring. Boy I like it here.

From my perspective here in Kamloops it seems to me this post is edging pretty close to bragging. Just saying....

I'm close to speechless. There are places in the world that don't have 3 feet of white stuff before hitting dirt? And there are green things on the surface?
Our snowiest month is still to come. I'm all set with extra wool and tea, though!

Your photo reminds me of our new term for the crop of unwieldy bicyclists who take to the streets here come early spring: crocuses.
