Yang - just in time.

Dad had his post-surgery follow-up bloodwork last week, and yesterday he and Mum went to the urologist for his results....100% cancer-free! No further treatments needed.

I could use this news, for sure.

Yay! Good news at last!

PS...that hoop video you posted awhile ago (in the fall maybe?) has inspired me to sign up for a hoop clas this summer. Am not sure what the instructor will think when a 57 year old shows up....but I figure my yoga background will be a help. We'll see. Laughing is abdominal exercise, no?
