On the Rebound

Well, that sure didn't take long.

I'm not ready yet, but apparently my kids are - this is Tilly.

She is terrified in this picture, so that's why she looks........well, she looks terrified. I feel sorry for this little creature -- and Cinnamon was a tough act to follow.

Thank you so much for your comments on the last post. It was nice to hear that you understood...I felt a little bit silly crying my heart out over a guinea pig, and you made me feel better.

Yep. Tilly has her work cut out. She had better swallow her fear, pull herself up by the boot straps and get about the work of winning over hearts.

She is adorable. All the piggies in the family seriously makes me want one. Darned allergies.

Many happy years to Tilly!

I bet she'll get over her fear if you feed her good timothy and the occasional cucumber peel. My first guinea pig KNEW that whenever we opened the fridge, we were going in there to get a cucumber peel for him. Sometimes he was disappointed.

To quote my own daughter: What a regal pig!

Just saw your previous post -- I'm so sorry. And this new little girl is not Cinnamon, of course, but she will find her own place in your heart.
